The Windows zone sits on the west side of the hall at 17 Sweetmans Lane, Manalapan Township, NJ 07726, right beside Doors — buyers working a project walk both zones in one visit. Your frames are installed working, not leaning on a wall: sliders slide, tilt-and-turns tilt.

A named US sales rep — business cards in your company name, a direct US phone line and email — runs the slider for buyers, answers measurement and configuration questions on the spot and follows every quote. Each month you receive a visitor report: who came, what they asked, and where each quote stands.

Every QR product page carries its HTS classification and an estimated landed cost — duties, fees and freight to New Jersey in one view. Do you guarantee sales?

No. What we promise is display, representation and reporting — your products presented in person, demos run, quotes followed up and a visitor report every month. Revenue depends on your product, pricing and market fit; nobody can honestly guarantee it.

Are the images on this page real?

No. They are preview images of the planned showroom. Final layout and booth allocation are confirmed with you on application — the images show the planned design, not the finished hall.

What is the status of permits and zoning?

The site sits in an industrial zone — confirmed. The specific exhibition use is still pending township review, and we will not bring your products in until approvals are in place. Ask us for the current status before you apply.

How do the monthly terms work?

A 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. You pay a monthly fee in USD for a display-use license under a service agreement — this is not a lease and creates no tenancy. When you leave, your products go home with you. Shipping, insurance and customs are arranged and priced separately.
