This website introduces ImportPilot, a product of HDC Brands LLC. It provides information and an illustrative showroom. It does not accept purchases or create a service agreement through browsing or a demo request.
Illustrative products and images
Concept imagery and interactive 3D models are examples of presentation. They are not exact product scans, customer catalogs, or output from the ImportPilot pipeline. The sample specifications are demonstration data, not a basis for procurement, engineering, fitment, or compliance decisions.
Your generated models and showroom
When actual product conversion is enabled, the service sends selected photos of one product to a 3D provider and retrieves a generated model. Inferred geometry, unseen surfaces, materials, and dimensions require manufacturer review and are not certified engineering or procurement data.
The separately labeled photo gallery arranges photographs in a generated room. That gallery does not reconstruct the exact factory or product. Factory/showroom reconstruction is not connected. Presentations use text and images you choose to include, including any selected render of a converted model.
Pricing and services
Displayed monthly prices are starting points. Scope, deliverables, final pricing, payment arrangements, and other commercial terms must be confirmed in a separate agreement. No sale, regulatory approval, or purchasing outcome is guaranteed by the website.
Success commission
Where a sale originates through ImportPilot — a showroom visit, an inquiry through Studio or the Virtual Showroom, or buyer outreach conducted by ImportPilot — ImportPilot earns a success commission of 5% of the net invoice value, excluding taxes and shipping, calculated on amounts actually collected. Buyers first introduced by ImportPilot are protected for 12 months from the date of introduction. No commission is charged on a manufacturer’s sales to its pre-existing US customers. The commission terms in the manufacturer’s service agreement govern in the event of any difference with this summary.

AI-assisted team members
ImportPilot is operated by HDC Brands LLC. Our team includes AI-assisted team members (“AI workers”) who support business development, sales support and operations under human management and oversight. Communications from ImportPilot — including emails and other messages — may be prepared or sent by these AI-assisted staff systems. HDC Brands LLC remains fully responsible for all communications made in its name. If you would prefer to communicate only with a human team member, contact us and we will arrange it.
Governing law
These website terms, and any dispute arising from the use of this website or from communication with HDC Brands LLC, are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
