The demo request form
The form asks for your name, company, work email, optional phone number, industry, catalog size, and an optional message. A submitted request is stored in our database and sent by email to sales@importpilot.app so that we can reply. If the submission service is unavailable, the form says so and nothing is stored; you can then open a pre-filled email in your own mail application instead.
Your creation studio photos
The studio keeps imported photos in your current browser tab until you download a project file. If you choose actual 3D conversion after the service is enabled, the selected product photos are sent to Meshy for processing. The interface asks you to confirm permission before submission.
Conversion job metadata and completed models are stored privately and associated with the enabled account. Access to job status and model downloads requires authentication and ownership checks. The conversion provider also processes the selected images under its own terms. Contact sales@importpilot.app with questions about stored models or deletion.
Project and PowerPoint downloads contain the images and text you choose to include. Share them only with intended recipients. Factory and showroom scene reconstruction is not connected in this version.
The email option
If you choose “Open email request,” the details you entered are copied into a draft in your own email application. You decide whether to send that email. Information you send by email is used to respond to your inquiry.
Your browsing session
This website does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. Showroom preferences are kept in the current page session and are not saved as a user profile.

This page describes the website as implemented. It will be updated before any additional data processing, such as analytics or customer accounts, is enabled.
