The pavilion is the open-air side of the Manalapan site at 17 Sweetmans Lane, Manalapan Township, NJ 07726 — a U-shaped canopy over numbered bays, with a marked demo court where machines run, and Building 11's enclosed hall a short walk away.

Wheel loaders in numbered bays, the pavilion entrance, the attachments wall, the demo court at work and the full canopy from the air.

Final allocation is confirmed on application.
Machines are not bought from brochures. Buyers here watch them start, lift and move on the demo court — then talk terms.
Dealers walk the numbered bays, inspect machines up close and watch live demos before discussing territory and terms.
Rental buyers check build, service access and attachments — the things that decide fleet uptime.
Contractors see machines under power on the demo court and review specs and landed cost on the QR machine pages.
A named US sales rep — business cards in your company name, a direct US phone line and email — presents your machines, runs live demos and follows every quote. Each month you receive a visitor report: who came, what they asked, and where each quote stands.
Every QR machine page carries its HTS classification and an estimated landed cost — duties, fees and freight to New Jersey in one view, refreshed regularly. Final classification is confirmed by a licensed customs broker.
Not a parking lot — a full US sales presence for your machines, bundled into one monthly fee.
Your machines under roof — open-sided or enclosed in Building 11 — kept clean, lit and presented during showroom hours.
Business cards in your company name, a direct US phone line and email. Your rep greets buyers and presents your line.
A drive-around area under the roof: buyers see your machines start, lift and move — not just sit.

No. What we promise is display, buyer traffic and sales support — your machines presented, demos run, quotes chased. Revenue depends on your product, pricing and market fit; nobody can honestly guarantee it.
The site sits in an industrial zone — confirmed. The specific exhibition use is still pending township review, and we will not bring your machines in until approvals are in place. Ask us for the current status before you apply.
