Building 11 is the enclosed building on the same Manalapan site as the open-air pavilion, at 17 Sweetmans Lane, Manalapan Township, NJ 07726. Buyers move from the outdoor bays straight through the glass entrance into the hall — your machines wait under cover, locked when the hall is closed.

Do you guarantee sales?
No. What we promise is display, buyer traffic and sales support — your machines presented, demos run, quotes chased. Revenue depends on your product, pricing and market fit; nobody can honestly guarantee it.
What is the status of permits and zoning?
The site sits in an industrial zone — confirmed. The specific exhibition use is still pending township review, and we will not bring your machines in until approvals are in place. Ask us for the current status before you apply.
Are the images on this page real?
No. They are preview images of the planned pavilion. Final layout and bay allocation are confirmed with you on application — the images show the planned design, not the finished site.
How do the monthly terms work?
You pay a monthly fee in USD for a display-use license under a service agreement — this is not a lease and creates no tenancy. When you leave, your machines go home with you. Machine shipping, insurance and customs are arranged and priced separately.
